JiaoZi, Potsticker, Gyoza

mix 3 cups reg. ground pork, 1 egg, 1 c minced chives, 1 T garlic, 1/4 c dark soy, 1 T salt, 2 t blk pepper, 2 Tsesame oil, and 2 T cornstarch. Then spoon into store bought wrappers and seal with a bit of water and pinch shut, then creat pleats. Cook right away or freeze for usage later. Cook in boiling water for 10 min when fresh, 14 min when frozen.
